THE COLLECTION THAT STARTED IT ALL
Iron, Leather & Ravens Volume I
Molten iron. Black leather. Ravens on the wire. Tiny warriors beneath a painting lamp.
A collection of 38 free-verse poems moving through foundry work, craft, resilience, dark humor, solitude, and the stubborn habit of returning to what matters.
Some poems are blunt. Some are dark. Some are funny enough to hurt. Together they form a record of work, scars, memory, and becoming.

BEHIND THE BOOKS
A life of making things. And writing them down.
James P. Buckley finds stories in places that don't always look poetic at first glance: working life, foundry heat, ravens with opinions, a painting desk, and the strange humor of getting through an ordinary day.
His writing moves between candid, sometimes dark poetry and imaginative children's books with a mischievous streak. Different shelves. Same curiosity about the world.
More stories are already taking shape.
